Dear Mr. Merrick Garland, Attorney General, DoJ,

You seem very reluctant to save our democracy.

The USA is overrun with political criminals, but you will not charge them.

I have lost faith in the Department of Justice.

You have not sent AG Barr to prison, but AG Mitchell was sent to prison in 1974. All of the way back in 1974 it was not considered “political” to convict AG Mitchell of breaking the law. (Justice is blind.). We are in 2021 and it is still not considered political for convicting an Attorney General of breaking the law, politician or not.

It is “political” to not charge a powerful person who has broken the law because they are a politician. (No one should be considered above the law.)

You have made yourself the victim of the Law of Unintended Consequences. By acting like the Department of Justice is not political, you become one of the most political attorneys general, second only to William Barr. You have made a terrible mistake by failing to apply equal justice under the law.

A) Trump incited an insurrection seven months ago and you have not charged him with that monumental crime.

B) Mueller stated that Trump could be charged with obstruction, you have not charged him with those egregious offenses over two years ago.

C) William Barr broke the law and canceled valid investigations, then you came in and failed to charge Barr and fail to restart the investigations.

D) You have failed to clean the DoJ of criminals who broke government policies. Fired FBI director Wray. The FBI failed to investigate even the most “relevant” of the 4,500 tips against Kavanaugh. Wray also failed to respond to the January 6th insurrection despite major publicly available evidence before hand. You refuse to clean house at the Department of Justice.

You are trying to appear non-partisan by failing to charge political criminals (can you see the immense irony?).

My conclusions regarding your inactions:

1) You are weak, ineffective, and frightened of taking on political criminals.

2) Biden is weak, ineffective, and frightened of taking on political criminals and has ordered you to stand down. Which means you are not strong enough to ignore Biden and do the right thing.

3) Indirectly, from threats from the right, you and Biden have allowed others to move our country towards chaos, authoritarianism, and fascism. If this proves to be true, then America is lost. And you are largely responsible for failing to see the obvious threat, and for refusing to take action.

4) Your frontal lobes (that part of the brain in charge of planning and anticipation) are damaged and you cannot see where we are clearly headed.

AG Garland, you are not the right man for this job. Please resign and allow Biden to choose someone who can charge, indite, and prosecute the political criminals. Better yet, you should ignore your pact with Biden and do the right thing before it’s too late for America.

Rick Ragan.

Others citizens in the USA, I ask you to tell AG Garland how serious the treat is using the official link below.
